reception food and drinks. The invitations should not be printed until all the above details are confirmed.

The wedding gown should be shopped for well in advance of the selected date. Allow for alterations or if a custom gown is being made allow for no less than three fittings. Pick the colors
for the attendants and groom & groomsmen attire. Shoes should be purchased or ordered well in advance of the big day.![]()
Confirm dates and times of rehearsal and wedding with your attendants. Flower girls and ring bearers should be old enough to understand the importance of their "job" and of the event. Young children
can become tired and frightened easily, older children actually enjoy the excitement and can be eager participants. ![]()
If you are blending families you may want to include the children, young or older, in the process. Find what part they wish to play, a reading during the ceremony, standing at the alter for a special blessing from
the minister or something private before or after the event. Starting your new life together will be exciting and special to every member of the family.![]()
Make your guest list with the size of the wedding & reception location in mind. Allow room for a relaxed and fun
ceramony. The size of the location for the wedding and reception may limit the guest list very quickly.
Consider your budget and the size wedding you would like. Larger is not always better, having the people who are important to you witness this special day is what counts. Collect addresses in advance of the
mailing of invitations, purchase special postage to compliment your invitations. Plan early when you will mail the invitations and stick to the plan. ![]()

and your partner will make a commitment to last a lifetime. This is the start of your family. Make it special, make it yours. ![]()
